Tencarva Machinery Acquires Fischer Process Industries
- Tencarva Machinery Company, a leading distributor in the Southeast, has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a prominent distributor of pumps, valves, and process equipment, enhancing its product offerings and expanding into new markets in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
- The existing management team of Fischer Process, including President Ken Fischer, will remain, and the acquisition includes Fischer Process-South, broadening Tencarva’s presence in Georgia and other states.
- This partnership aims to leverage Tencarva’s platform for future growth through strategic acquisitions and improve Fischer Process’s service capabilities and customer base.
